  • Following the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) official objectives to ensure full topic coverage.
  • Studying with Professor Messer’s Security+ course, Jason Dion’s practice exams, and CompTIA CertMaster materials.
  • Taking detailed notes in Obsidian for each domain — attacks, architecture, risk management, cryptography, and operations.
  • Reinforcing theory through lab-based learning in TryHackMe and simulated blue-team exercises.
  • Reviewing NIST frameworks, CIA triad, and incident response lifecycle to connect concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Weekly self-assessment quizzes to track progress and maintain >85% average before the final exam.
